We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager with a strategic mindset and a proven track record in content marketing and event management. This role involves the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the unique cultural and market dynamics of mainland China, Korea and Taiwan. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of crafting compelling content and orchestrating impactful marketing events to drive awareness and engagement with our platform and products across these key markets.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute a robust marketing plan that strategically integrates content creation and event management to enhance brand visibility and market penetration in mainland China, Korea and Taiwan.

  • Content Production Oversight: Direct the production of high-quality, culturally relevant content that resonates with local audiences and aligns with market specifics. Ensure content compliance with local standards and regulations.

  • Event Management Excellence: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, ensuring they are impactful, culturally attuned, and aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Sales Enablement Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to develop and distribute sales enablement materials. Educate the market on our platform and products through innovative and informative materials.

  • Marketing Activities Compliance: Oversee all marketing activities within the region, ensuring they adhere to local standards and regulations while maximising market impact.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in business and industry, with a strong focus on content marketing and event management within the mainland China, Korea and Taiwan markets.

  • Content Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated understanding and successful execution of content marketing strategies with measurable results.

  • Proactive and Detail-Oriented: A self-starter who is scrappy and hands-on, with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes impacting the team.

  • Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Mandarin is required, with complete command over both written and spoken forms of the language. Working-level Korean and English is also necessary.
