Role: Full Stack Data Scientist (All Levels)
Location: Palo Alto

Base Salary Range: $127,000 to $297,000 USD

Your Role:
As a data scientist in the core product engineering team, you will have the unique opportunity to influence and elevate our product development process with your insights and innovations.

Develop key metrics for a profound understanding of our product features, assessing their impact on platform engagement and user growth to guide product strategy.

Build and maintain essential datasets, dashboards, and reporting services, serving as the south of truth for our performance indicators.

Analyze data and build analytical tools to gain insights into user behavior, thereby enhancing user experiences, uncovering growth areas, and devising new features.

Provide data and analysis support for product A/B tests, playing a pivotal role in data-driven decision-making for product changes.

Collaborate with engineers and product managers, offering data and analytical support to enhance product development.


Who You Are:
We're looking for exceptional scientists/engineers who are passionate about our mission and have a strong desire to make a meaningful impact. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Master, Post-graduate or PhD in statistics, mathematics, computer science, machine learning, information retrieval, engineering, operations research, or other quantitative discipline; or equivalent work experience.

  • 3+ years of industry experience working with large scale data pipelines, end-to-end data science solutions, and customer behavior analytics (we are hiring all levels DS II or above).

  • Expertise solving complex and highly impactful business problems through quantitative approaches (statistical / machine learning models) with at least one programming language (Python, Scala, etc), and data manipulation tools including SQL and Spark.

  • Ability to create/improve analytics tools or reproducible analysis libraries.
