A World-Changing Company

Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more.

The Role

We know the path to a technical career looks different for everyone, and we believe in providing opportunities for people of all backgrounds to accelerate their personal and technical growth in preparation for a successful, impactful career. We launched Palantir Accelerate to reach students who may not have had prior exposure to technical opportunities in an academic or industry setting, or who are early on in their engineering journey. We are looking for individuals to join us for their first technical role/internship, so we've crafted our process to focus on the way you think and hard skills that will continue to mature during your time here.

As a Palantir Accelerate intern, your growth will be invested in from day one - and challenged accordingly with high-impact work! Accelerate interns will join a team of dedicated and motivated engineers to support a specific product or Palantir customer in solving multi-faceted, open-ended problems. You will be paired with a mentor who will help you learn to build real-world software and to think critically about how problems can — and can't — be solved with technology. You'll also find that Palantir is full of people who are excited to meet you, foster growth, and further your development and self-discovery outside of your project work.

What We Require
  • Palantir’s Accelerate Internship is open to students who will graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Summer 2026.

  • Applicants must be majoring in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field with some exposure to coding.
  • Applicants must be available for a 10 to 12 week internship in Summer 2025 in either New York or Washington DC. The office location will be determined by final team placement (Palantir provides all interns with a monthly salary and housing stipend.)
